The return policies only applicable to products and goods, and not applicable to services rendered and attended. MYwave products will deliver directly from our Suppliers to you. Thus, the returned products will be checked with the receipt together and the product should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received based on supplier policies.
If the products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. MYwave Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
The exact number of days needed to receive the refund will depend on individual supplier policies.
The return of your purchase is directly to the original supplier where the products were sent to you, you may write to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the address if you intend to do so. Should you receive the products from the physical shop directly, you will need to return the product back to the shop you visited.
